Bakalářská práce nazvaná „Skončení pracovního poměru ze strany zaměstnavatele“ se zaměřuje na skončení pracovního poměru, který upravuje český zákoník práce. Pracovní poměr mezi zaměstnavatelem a zaměstnanec vzniká dnem uvedeným v pracovní smlouvě.
