In my bachelor thesis I targeted on analyses of strenghts and weaknesses of Gurman company. It has been operating on the market for thirteenth years. This company have restaurants in cities Lanškroun, Litomyšl and Svitavy. The company Gurman provides superior services, czech and foreign cuisine. It also provides catering services.
