Abstract:
This diploma thesis focuses on describing the technology of oil pressing from the seeds of selected varieties of common apricot (Prunus armeniaca L.). Specifically, the varieties 'Congat', 'Frisson', 'Bergarouge', 'Bergeval', 'Tsunami', 'Shamade', 'Vynoslivij', 'Velkopavlovická' were evaluated, and differences in oil yield and pressing efficiency of the seeds were monitored using the screw press Farmet …more
