Čím dál více se rozvíjí služby poskytované přes internet. Při prodeji služeb se internet začal využívat teprve nedávno. V bankovním a pojišťovacím sektoru se služby poskytované přes internet neustále rozvíjí. Ve své práci popisuji a porovnávám produkty šesti významných pojišťoven, které působí na českém trhu.
