Abstract:
Pro současnou diagnostiku a nové léčebné metody nádorových onemocnění je nezbytné vyšetření prognostických a prediktivních markerů. Pomáhají klinickému lékaři se stanovením prognózy pacienta a na základě průkazu jejich přítomnosti v nádorové tkáni může lékař zvolit vhodnou a dostupnou léčbu. Abstract:
Detection of prognostic and predictive markers is necessary for current diagnostic and new treatment methods of tumor diseases. They help the clinician to determine the prognosis of the patients and choose an appropriate treatment based on the evidence of their presence in the tumor tissue.
