Abstract:

Rousková, Gabriela. Diverzity management jako nástroj řízení obchodního týmu v bance. Diplomová práce. Brno: Mendelova univerzita v Brně, 2020.Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem diverzity managementu. Cílem práce je vypracovat návrhy a doporučení, která povedou k zavedení diverzity managementu jako nástroje řízení obchodního týmu na jednotlivých pobočkách vy-brané banky. K naplnění cíle byla nastudována příslušná odborná literatura a proveden kvantitativní (n=120) a kvalitativní (n=6) výzkum se zaměstnanci a manažery poboček. Analýza získaných dat z kvantitativního výzkumu je provede-na pomocí statistického programu Statistica a získaná data z kvalitativního výzkumu jsou analyzována pomocí softwaru MAXQDA. Výsledky práce představují jednotlivá doporučení k úspěšnému řízení obchodního týmu s ohledem na rozmanitost na jednotlivých pobočkách vybrané banky.

Brno: Mendel University, 2020.This diploma thesis concerns the topic of diversity management. The aim of the thesis is to work up proposals and recommendations that will lead to the introduction of diversity management as a tool of business team management at individual branches of a selected bank. To achieve this goal, the relevant litera-ture was studied and quantitative (n=120) and qualitative (n=6) research with employees and branch managers was carried out. The analysis of the obtained data from the quantitative research is accomplished using the statistical program Statistica and the collected data from the qualitative research are analyzed using the software MAXQDA. The results of this thesis represent individual recommendations for successful management of a sales team with regard to diversity at individual branches of the chosen bank.
