Abstract:
Předmětem diplomové práce "Finanční kritéria hodnocení efektivnosti investičních projektů" je posouzení reálného investičního projektu v podobě založení pobočky banky. V první části je teoreticky uchopena finanční analýza firmy a projektu. V druhé části je rozebrán reálný investiční projekt založení nové pobočky Komerční banky
Abstract:
The subject of the "Financial standards for efficiency of the investment project" thesis is a review of real investment project as founding of the new retail branch of Komerční bank. In the first part of this thesis there is a teoretical description of a project financial analyses. In the second part there is evaluated real investment project of the founding new Komerční bank branch.
