Problems of recommended vaccinations at the children´s age

Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce je sepsat přehled aktuálně dostupných vakcín vhodných pro děti do 18 let nad rámec pravidelného očkování. Problematika doporučeného očkování, a to nejen u dětí patří k tématům, jenž vyvolávají rozporuplné reakce jak u laické, tak i odborné veřejnosti. Přesto očkování patří k základním kamenům v prevenci infekčních onemocnění a není třeba mít z něj obavy. První část bakalářské práce je věnována obecné charakteristice očkování a očkovacích látek. V druhé části jsou popsány infekční nemoci, proti kterým je možno nechat děti naočkovat. K nim jsou vypsány vakcíny registrované a dodávané na český trh. Informace o uvedených očkovacích látkách jsem čerpala z internetových stránek Státního ústavu pro kontrolu léčiv. Na základě těchto informací jsem usoudila, že v ČR existuje široké spektrum očkovacích látek, které může pediatr doporučit, nebo si o ně mohou rodiče dětí u svých pediatrů požádat.

Abstract:

The goal of this bachelor thesis is to describe the overview of currently available vaccines suitable for children up to 18 years above the scope of regular vaccination. The problematic about recommended vaccination, although it does not concern only children, is topical issue which has evoked inconsistent reaction for laic and expert community. Nevertheless, vaccination is the keystone in prevention against the infection and there's no need to be afraid of it. The first part of bachelor thesis is based on the general descriptions of vaccinations and inoculants. Second part describes the infection diseases and the way how to vaccine children against them. In connection, available vaccines registered and supplied on the Czech market are mentioned there. I used the information about mentioned inoculants from the website of State institute for drug control. Based on this information, I have made the conclusion that in the Czech Republic exists the broad-spectrum of inoculants which can be recommended either by pediatricians or parents can ask their pediatrician for it.
