Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá metodami stanovení fenylalaninu ze suché kapky krve. Jeho měření je důležité při monitorování dietního režimu pacientů s fenylketonurií/hyperfenylalaninémií. Teoretická část shrnuje základní poznatky o PKU/HPA a jejich léčbě, v praktické části bylo provedeno měření fenylalaninu v suché krevní kapce čtyřmi metodami s cílem vybrat pro naše pracoviště tu nejvhodnější.
Abstract:
This work deals with methods of measurement of concentration of phenylalanine from dried blood spot. This knowledge is important for monitoring the dietary regime of patients with phenylketonuria / hyperphenylalaninemia.
