Bakalářská práce zkoumá vybrané Švejk restaurace pomocí mystery shoppingu, komparativní analýzy a rozhovoru s manažery restaurací. Část teoretická vysvětluje a objasňuje pojmy: gastronomie, česká gastronomie, gastronomická pravidla, restaurační řetězce, franchising a nakonec mystery shopping. Bachelor thesis of selected Švejk restaurant using mystery shopping, comparative analysis and interview with restaurant managers.
