Abstract:
V práci zkoumám pozici směnečných rukojmí, s ohledem na specialitu zákona č. 191/1950 Sb. vůči obecné občanskoprávní úpravě. Obsahem práce je také má snaha zjistit z teorie směnečného rukojemství a soudní judikatury možnosti východisek směnečného rukojmí. In this thesis, I examine the position of aval regarding the bill of exchange. For the purpose of this work, I compare the legal differences between the general legislation and the legislation of the special law 191/1950 Sb.
