Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá úlohou obyčejového práva v právním řádu Československé republiky. Věnuje se obyčejovému právu obecně, jeho projevům z historického pohledu na české a slovenské části republiky a konečně, analyzuje vliv obyčejového práva ve vybraných odvětvích československého právního řádu.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the role of customary law in the legal system of the Czechoslovak Republic. It deals with customary law in general, its manifestations from a historical perspective on the Czech and Slovak part of the Czechoslovak Republic and finally analyzes the impact of customary law in selected sectors of the Czechoslovak legal order.
