Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na porovnání kondiční přípravu na ledě hráčů ledního hokeje v kategorii dorost v letech 1966-1976 a posledními deseti lety. Budu porovnávat jak cvičení používaná při tréninku tak způsob hry a celkovou charakteristiku kondiční přípravy na ledě. Cílem práce je zjistit rozdíly mezi současnými tréninky a tréninky v uvedeném období. Práci budu provádět za pomoci bývalých a současných …more

The bachelor thesis is focused on the comparison of the ice training of ice hockey players in the youth category in the years 1966-1976 and the last ten years. I will compare both the exercises used in training and the way of playing and the overall characteristics of fitness training on ice.
