Bakalářská práce se zabývá procesem integrace konkrétní skupiny zaměstnanců ze třetí země ve vybraném podniku XY. Nejprve práce zkoumá obecné principy migrace a zaměstnávání cizinců v České republice a dále popisuje proces integrace vybrané skupiny v podniku XY.
