An objective of my bachelor’s thesis is to bring a view to the problem of financial derivatives and currency forwards. The thesis characterizes derivatives and brings their basic classification based on individual kinds and underlying assets. Cieľom mojej bakalárskej práce je priblížiť problematiku finančných derivátov a menových forwardov. Práca charakterizuje deriváty a uvádza ich základné členenie podľa jednotlivých druhov a podľa podkladového aktíva.
