Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na výskyt mechovek v silicitech redeponovaných na území Moravy ze severu v dobách kontinentálního zalednění. Blíže popisuje kmen Bryozoa a charakterizuje silicity, z kterých byly mechovky zkoumány. V rámci laboratorního výzkumu navrhuje a posuzuje různé metody separace mechovek od nejméně invazivních až po metody nejvíce zasahující do struktury horniny včetně fosilií. Podává …more
Abstract:
My diploma thesis is focused on bryozoans that occur in siliceous rocks redeposited on the area of Moravia from the north by the continental glacier. The phyllum Bryozoa, as well as siliceous rocks from which bryozoans were investigated, are described. In the laboratory research various methods for separation of Bryozoa are offered and evaluated, from the not very invasive ones to the techniques most …more
