Abstract:
Tématem mojí diplomové je správní rozhodnutí. Věnuji se správním aktům, vlastnostem a náležitostem správních rozhodnutí, opravným prostředkům a na závěr porovnávám změny, které zavedl nový správní řád.
Abstract:
Subject of my thesis is administrative decision. I describe the terms and attributes of administrative decision, possibilities of legeal remedy and the changes, which brings new administrative codifying act.
