Tato diplomová práce přináší přehled o různých metodách dopování nanočástic oxidu zinečnatého mědí. Dále jsou zpracovány informace o analytických metodách pro vyhodnocení získaných výsledků. V experimentální části je shrnut zvolený postup dopování oxidu zinečnatého metodou ?bottom-up? za účelem získání stabilních luminiscenčních vlastností nanočástic. This thesis provides an overview of methods to obtain doped nano zinc oxide. Also there are processed information about analytical methods that are suitable for evaluating the results. The selected procedure of preparation the Cu doped nano zinc oxide with luminescence properties is summarized in the experimental part.
