Abstract:
Tato práce se věnuje problematice stavebních smluv o dílo v rámci developerské činnosti. V chronologickém pořadí jsou představeny smluvní typy, se kterými se developer setkává v rámci výstavby bytového domu a zejména je pak rozebrán jejich vliv na podobu smlouvy o dílo, kterou uzavírá developer se zhotovitelem. This thesis analyzes the issue of specifics of Construction Contracts for Work in Development Business. In the thesis there are introduced various contracts which are encountered by the developer during the period of one construction project.
