Tato práce se zabývá analýzou finančního řízení podniku. Cílem práce bylo provést analýzu pomocí definovaných klíčových ukazatelů. Hlavním cílem bylo vyhodnotit stávající stav finančního řízení a doporučit návrh opatření.
