Study of changes of bone tissue structure during the procedure of controlled burning
Abstract:
V této práci jsme se věnovali působení teploty na kosti. Sledovány byly změny morfologie povrchu kosti pomocí SEM, změnám chemického složení za pomoci IR spektrometrie. Značná pozornost byla věnována vlivu času po který byly vzorky vystaveny výpalu.
Abstract:
In this work, we focused on the effect of temperature on the bone. Were observed changes in the morphology of the bone surface using SEM, changes chemical composition with the aid of IR spectrometry. Considerable attention was devoted to the influence of time, after which the samples were subjected to burning.
