Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu zabezpečovací detence a jejího výkonu ve specializovaných ústavech. V první řadě dojde k zařazení institutu mezi ostatní ochranná opatření a stanovení specifik pro jejich ukládání. Následně bude rozebrán dobový kontext. This diploma thesis is focused on the analysis of security detention and its realization in specialized institutes. Firstly, this institute will be in-cluded among the other protective measures and the specifics for their imposition will be set. Thereafter, the period context will be analysed.
