Povrchový plasmon jako biodetektor

Surface plasmon as a sensor
Abstract:
Pomocí spektrálního elipsometru s rotujícím analyzátorem byly změřeny optické konstanty zlata. Dále byla studována rezonance povrchových plasmonů (RPP) v různém uspořádání experimentu. Byla určena citlivost metody RPP (z měření roztoků sacharosy). Ukázalo se, že metoda je vysoce citlivá, ale pro dosažení přesnějších výsledků bychom museli provést časově (finančně) náročnější měření.
Abstract:
Optical constants of gold were measured with spectroscopic rotating analyzer ellipsometr. Then the surface plasmon resonance (SPR) in different experiment arrangement was studied. The sensitivity of SPR method was determined (by measuring sucrose solutions).
