Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá řešením konfliktů a stresu na pracovišti. Pracuje se zde s pojmy konflikt, stres, motivace, motiv, motivační typ osobnosti apod. V úvodní teoretické části je vymezení pojmů a definicí. Druhá kapitola vymezuje pojmy konflikt, stres a motivační typy osobností. Třetí kapitola popisuje nástin řešení konfliktů a stresu, techniky vedení pohovorů v konfliktních situacích, zvládání stresu a úlohu vnitřní a vnější motivace. Praktická část má dvě hlavní kapitoly. V první je kvalitativním výzkumem řešen malý kolektiv vybrané firmy. Stanoví se zde motivační typy pracovníků a jejich možné konflikty. U vedoucích pracovníků je pomocí testu stanoven vyjednávací potenciál. Řešení konfliktů je uvedeno v několika případových studiích. Na závěr je vypracován metodický materiál pro řešení konfliktu a stresu na pracovišti. Druhá kapitola se zabývá vlivy vnější a vnitřní motivace, vlivy hodnocení, finanční situace a preferencí pracovníků. K tomu je použit kvantitativní výzkum metodou stručného dotazníku. Respondenti jsou z různých odvětví a firem, různých věkových kategorií a v různých pozicích. Dotazník anonymně vyplnilo 224 respondentů. Závěrem je stručné hodnocení jednotlivých kategorií.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with solving situations of Conflicts and stress at a workplace. The concepts of a conflict, a stress, a motivation, a motif and motivation personality type, etc. are discused here. In the introductory theoretical part a specification the concepts and definitions is made. Chapter II defines the concepts of a conflict, a stress and motivation personality types. The charter III describes an outline of a conflict resolution and stress management, interviewing techniques in conflict situations, stress management and the role of the internal and external motivations. The practical section has two main parts. In the first part a small team of chosen company is subjected to a qualitative research. Motivation types of employees and their possible conflicts are determined. With managers their negotiating potential is determined by a test. The conflict resolution is given in several case studies. In the end a metodic instruction document for resolving conflicts and stress at the workplace is elaborated. Part II deals with the effects of external and internal motivations with evaluation influences, financial situation and preferences of workers. For this purpose a quantitative research method with a short questionnaire is used. The respondents are from different industrial branches and companies and of a different age and at various work positions. The anonymous questionnaire was completed by 224 respondents. Finally a brief assessment of each categoryes is produced.
