Abstract:

Bakalářská práce pojednává o tématu výrobního procesu odlévání pod tlakem. Jednak definuje tlakové lití jako takové. Tedy zmiňuje definici tlakového odlévání. Dále jsou zde uvedeny i stroje. Jejich charakteristika a rozdělení. Důležitou součástí každé výrobní technologie jsou i výhody. Ty jsou zajisté taktéž součástí práce. Každý proces má, kromě výhod i nevýhody, které jsou taktéž zmíněny v teoretické části. Teoretická část bakalářské práce je však více zaměřena na technologické parametry lití pod tlakem. Těm je vymezena celá vlastní kapitola, jež poukazuje na důležitost technologických parametrů při odlévání. Ve druhé části práce je pak objasněna praktická část. Je zde kladen důraz zejména na hlavní cíl a to na rychlost pístu, vytlačujícího taveninu. Tak, jak se ukázalo, se neřídí zákonem, že více je lépe. Vyšší rychlost pístu může mít za následek nekvalitní odlitky a tedy i způsobit nehospodárnost výroby. Optimální rychlost pístu, který vytlačuje taveninu do formy, je nutné nejdříve důkladně prozkoumat a následně zvolit.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the topic of the production process of die casting. On the one hand, it defines die casting as such. Thus, he mentions the definition of die casting. The machines are also listed here. Their characteristics and distribution. Benefits are also an important part of any production technology. These are certainly also part of the work. Each process has, in addition to advantages and disadvantages, which are also mentioned in the theoretical part. However, the theoretical part of the bachelor thesis is more focused on the technological parameters of die casting. These are defined by the entire chapter, which points to the importance of technological parameters in casting. In the second part of the work, the practical part is clarified. Emphasis is placed on the main goal, namely on the speed of the piston displacing the melt. As it turned out, it is not governed by the law that more is better. Higher piston speed can result in poor quality castings and thus cause uneconomical production. The optimum speed of the piston that pushes the melt into the mold must first be thoroughly examined and then selected.
