Consumer contracts and their applications in practice
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku spotřebitelských smluv. Především na smlouvu kupní a smlouvu o dílo, distanční smlouvu, smlouvu uzavíranou mimo obchodní prostory, finanční služby, a dočasné užívání ubytovacího zařízení a jiné rekreační služby. Cílem práce je poskytnout čtenáři ucelený přehled spotřebitelských smluv a detailněji mu přiblížit institut nepřiměřených ujednání.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis is concerned with the problems of consumer contracts and their usage in everyday life. The main emphasis is on the contract of sale, the contract of work, the distance contract, the contract concluded outside of the business premises, financial services, and the temporary use of accommodation facilities or other recreational services.
