Diplomová práce se zabývá logistickými procesy na DSPU Ostrava České pošty, s.p. První kapitola práce obsahuje teoretické vymezení zkoumané problematiky. V rámci druhé kapitoly je zpracována analýza současného stavu logistických procesů (podání, zpracování a dodání zásilek) na DSPU Ostrava. The thesis deals with the logistic processes at DSPU Ostrava Česká pošta, s.p. The first chapter of the thesis contains the theoretical definition of the investigated issue.
