Criminal Discovery Commission in Nové Město na Moravě in the Years 1945-1948
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou trestní nalézací komise, která působila v Novém Městě na Moravě v letech 1945–1948. V první části práce je stručně nastíněn vznik a vývoj retribučních dekretů. Druhá část je zaměřená na samotnou činnost komise v Novém Městě na Moravě. Z jednotlivých případů byla zpracována statistika a dva nejkomplikovanější případy byly podrobněji zpracovány.
Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with the question of the Criminal Discovery Commission in Nové Město na Moravě during the period from 1945 to 1948. The first part of this thesis outlines the foundation and development of the retributive decrees. The second part in focused on the commission itself and its activities in Nové Město na Moravě.
