Zajatec v římském právu

The P. O. W. in Ancient Rome
Abstract:
Tématem práce je právní postavení zajatce v antickém Římě. Tento problém zahrnuje dva aspekty, je tedy nutné naznačit oba-právní postavení římského občana zajatého nepřáteli, a na druhé straně také postavení zajatce-barbara v Římě. Snažila jsem se také nastínit problematiku barbarů a jejich vliv na složení římské společnosti.
Abstract:
The aim of my thesis was to describe the legal status of captive in ancient Rome. This problem includes two aspects, therefore I deliberated both-the legal status of Roman citizen captured by enemies and the legal status and treatment of foreign captive in ancient Rome. I also considered the problem of barbars and their influence on structure of population in Rome.
