Abstract:
V této bakalářské práci se věnujeme analýze forem rtuti v tělních tekutinách s důrazem na stanovení methylrtuti. V teoretické části práce se zabýváme vlastnostmi, biogeochemickým cyklem rtuti, toxicitou jejích specií, vzorkováním a uchováváním klinických vzorků, možnostmi stanovení celkového obsahu rtuti a stanovením specií rtuti ve vzorcích tělních tekutin (moč, krev a mateřské mléko). In this thesis we deal with the analysis of mercury species in body fluids with an emphasis on determination of methylmercury. In teoretical part we deal with properties, biogeochemical cycle of mercury and toxicity of its species.
