Tool for assessment of the enterprise IT maturity within the Industry 4.0

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku podnikové informatiky v prostředí Industry 4.0, a to konkrétně na možnosti zhodnocení podnikové informatiky na základě podmínek pro IT v Industry 4.0. Práce uvádí do kontextu podnikové informatiky a proběhlých průmyslových revolucí a pojmu Industry 4.0. Na základě získaných znalostí jsou pak analyzovány dostupné nástroje pro hodnocení vyspělosti podniků pro Industry 4.0. Identifikované mezery jsou pak vyplněny vlastním vytvořeným nástrojem postaveným na základě identifikovaného modelu vyspělosti podnikové informatiky v Industry 4.0 – SIMMI 4.0. Relevantnost a použitelnost tohoto nástroje je je zhodnocena odborníkem z praxe a cílovými podniky.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis is focused on the enterprise IT in the environment of Industry 4.0 – specifically on the possibilities for evaluating maturity of enterprise IT based on the requirements of the Industry 4.0 environment. Thesis explain the context of enterprise IT, industry revolutions and terms of Industry 4.0. Based on the knowledge gained from the theory, available maturity models for enterprise in Industry 4.0 are evaluated. Identified gaps are solved by the creation of the own tool based on the maturity model of enterprise IT SIMMI 4.0. Relevancy and reliability are evaluated by the subject matter expert and target enterprises.
