Bakalářská práce je teoreticko-empirického charakteru a zabývá se představami ředitelů mateřských škol o ideálním učiteli. The bachelor thesis is of a theoretical-empirical character and deals with the ideas of kindergarten headmasters about an ideal teacher. The theoretical part of the thesis is devoted to summarizing knowledge on personal qualities and the competencies necessary to pursue the profession of kindergarten teacher and the main aspects of the work of the kindergarten headmaster.
