Food allergies, glutene and lactose intolerance
Abstract:
Ve své bakalářské práci jsem se zaměřila na alergie, jejich mechanismy a alergeny, které tento druh onemocnění vyvolávají. Dále byla pozornost věnována nepříznivým reakcím na potraviny tzv. "potravinové přecitlivělosti" a jejím klinickým projevům se zaměřením na onemocnění celiakii a intoleranci laktosy vyvolanými nesnášenlivostí lepku a laktosy.
Abstract:
In my bachelor thesis I focused on allergies, their mechanisms and diseases caused by allergens. Attention was also paid to adverse reactions to food, so-called "food hypersensitiveness" and its clinical manifestations focusing on coeliac disease and lactose intolerance caused by glutene and lactose intolerance.
