Předmětem bakalářské práce je demonstrovat vliv formy financování bydlení na kvalitu života mladého manželství. Postupně je v práci vymezen postoj státu k bydlení a jeho podpora bydlení, přesná forma bydlení a možnosti jejího financování. The goal of this thesis is to demonstrate the influence the type of housing financing has on the living standard of a young marriage. The first part deals with the role of housing and state subvention of housing. A particular form of housing as well as the form of its financing is chosen.
