The Remuneration System and Its Impact on Satisfaction of Employees in Selected Private Health Facility

Abstract:

Tématem diplomové práce je systém odměňování a jeho vliv na spokojenost zaměstnanců ve vybraném soukromém zdravotnickém zařízení. Teoretická část práce vycházející z odborné literatury se nejprve zaměřuje na odměňování zaměstnanců a zaměstnanecké benefity. Poté se zabývá motivací zaměstnanců a nakonec pojednává o pracovní spokojenosti, oddanosti a angažovanosti zaměstnanců. V praktické části práce je analyzován systém odměňování včetně zaměstnaneckých benefitů a jeho vliv na spokojenost, oddanost a angažovanost zaměstnanců ve společnosti GaMaLab. Vlastní analýza stanovené problematiky proběhne pomocí dotazníkového šetření a rozhovoru. Informace zjištěné od účastníků analýzy prostřednictvím obou výzkumných metod budou v závěru práce zhodnoceny.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the remuneration system and its impact on employee satisfaction in selected private medical facility. The theoretical part of the thesis, based on scientific literature, initially focuses on remuneration of employees and employee benefits. Thereafter it discusses the motivation of employees, and finally it deals with the job satisfaction, devotion and commitment of the employees. The practical part analyzes the remuneration system, including the employee benefits and its impact on satisfaction, devotion and commitment of the employees at GaMaLab. The own analysis of the determined issue will be carried out using questionnaire investigation and interview. The information detected from the participants of the analysis through both of the research methods will be evaluated at the end of the thesis.
