Abstract:
Předkládaná bakalářská práce zpracovává pozici uměleckého šéfa baletu v českých divadlech a srovnání různých přístupů jiných uměleckých šéfů z pohledu tanečníka a vlastní zkušenost s vedením baletu. Zároveň je zde popsána historie a fungování současných baletních souborů v České republice a jejich struktura.
Abstract:
The presented bachelor thesis deals with the position of the artistic director of ballet in Czech theaters and a comparison of various approaches of other artistic directors from the point of view of the dancer and his own experience with leading a ballet. At the same time, the history and functioning of current ballet ensembles in the Czech Republic and their structure are described here.
