Pandemic Infections in Social Services Facilities and Their Solutons

Abstract:

V diplomové práci se zabývám otázkou připravenosti jednoho z největších pobytových zařízení sociálních služeb v Mikroregionu Němčicko v době pandemie Covid - 19. Samotná práce je členěna na dvě části, přičemž první teoretická část je zaměřena na získání informací na základě literární rešerše odborné literatury a právních norem, dále základní terminologie ze sociální oblasti, oblasti mikrobů či pandemie a ochrany obyvatelstva. Pomocí uvedených metod, tedy dotazníkového šetření, SWOT analýzy s navazujícími EFE a IFE maticemi, jsem získala data, která se stala podkladem pro sestavení IE matice nezbytné pro posouzení připravenosti konkrétního poskytovatele pobytové služby na pandemické nákazy. V závěru jsou formulována konkrétní opatření na řízení pandemické nákazy a byl vypracován Plánu krizové připravenosti Domova u rybníka Víceměřice na pandemické nákazy.

Abstract:

In this thesis, I deal with the issue of preparedness of one of the largest residential social service facilities in the Nemčicko Microregion in the time of the Covid-19 pandemic. The thesis itself is divided into two parts, the first theoretical part is focused on obtaining information based on a research of literature and legal norms, as well as basic terminology from the social field, the field of microbes or pandemics and population protection. Using the following methods, i.e. questionnaire survey, SWOT analysis with follow-up EFE and IFE matrices, I obtained data that became the basis for the construction of the IE matrix necessary to assess the preparedness of a particular residential service provider for pandemic diseases. Finally, specific measures for pandemic disease management were formulated and the Crisis Preparedness Plan of the Home by the Pond Víceměřice for Pandemic Diseases was developed.
