Criteria of progression in the rehabilitation protocol of a sports patient following injury to the hamstring muscles: clinical case

Abstract:

In this work I chose to deepen the rehabilitation programs in case of muscle injury. The lesions and lesion recurrences of hamstrings are one of the major sports injuries in many sports. We will analyze the ways in which these types of trauma occur and the rehabilitation that must follow to allow a sports patient to return to the field. In football, an injury of this type forces the player to be absent from training and sports competitions for a long period of time. Injuries of this type and relapses are constantly increasing, therefore the importance of the invention will be analyzed.

Abstract:

In questo lavoro ho scelto di approfondire i programmi riabilitativi in caso di lesione muscolare. Le lesioi e le recidive lesionali degli hamstring sono uno dei traumi sportivi di maggiore entit? nell'ambito di numerosi sport. Verranno analizzate le modalit? con cui avvengono questi tipi di traumi e la riabilitazione che ne deve conseguire per permettere ad un paziente sportivo il ritorno in campo. Nel calcio, una lesione di questo tipo, costringe il giocatore ad assentarsi ad allenamenti e gare sportive per un periodo ti tempo di lunga durata. Le lesioni di questo tipo e le recidive sono in continuo aumento, perci? si andr? ad analizzare l'importanza della pervenzione.
