Dynamic Kidney Scintigraphy and Type of Uropathy Estimation

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce na téma dynamická scintigrafie ledvin a stanovení typu uropatie je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část popisuje v úvodu anatomii a fyziologii ledvin, cévní zásobení ledvin a onemocnění ledvin. Dále jsou popsány základní vyšetřovací metody v nefrourologii. Zahrnuty jsou jak metody bez využití ionizujícího záření, tak ty, které ionizující záření využívají. Z radionuklidových metod je rozebrána statická a dynamická scintigrafie ledvin. V praktické části jsou analyzovány výsledky vyšetření 51 pacientů, kteří podstoupili dynamickou scintigrafii ledvin s furosemidovým testem na Klinice nukleární medicíny ve Fakultní nemocnici Ostrava.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis on the topic of dynamic kidney scintigraphy and type of uropathy estimation is divided into a theoretical and practical part. In the introduction the theoretical part presents the description of the anatomy and physiology of the kidneys, vascular supply of the kidneys and kidney diseases. The basic examination methods in nephrourology are also described. Both non-ionizing and ionizing methods are included. Static and dynamic renal scintigraphy is analyzed from radionuclides methods. The practical part analyzes the results of examination of 51 patients who underwent dynamic kidney scintigraphy with a furosemide test at the Department of Nuclear Medicine at the University Hospital Ostrava.
