Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se věnuje tématu „Podnik jako předmět závazkových vztahů“. V teoretické části jsou popsány jednotlivé pojmy v oblasti podniku (vznik, prodej, nájem, likvidace), odepisování dlouhodobého majetku v podniku a závazky podniku vůči dodavatelům a zaměstnancům, jak je vysvětluje odborná literatura. Abstract:
This bachelor work gives attention to the subject „Enterprise as an object of connected relations“. The theoretic part describes several terms from the area of an enterprise. (foundation, selling, leasing, liquidation) depreciating of longterm property in enterprise with suppliers and employees, how it explains professional literature. Practical part analyses several relations of an enterprise.
