Abstract:
Moje práce se zbývá britským právním systémem a specifickými institucemi v rámci tohoto systému. Anglický právní systém je zkoumán v kontextu historickém a společenském. Část práce se zabývá procesem devoluce ve Walesu, Skotsku a Severním Irsku.
Abstract:
My thesis deals with the British legal system and its particular institutions such as the Parliament, the doctrine of precedent and the system of equity. I discuss the topics in terms of their historical and cultural background. I focus on the process of devolution in Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland as well and sketch out the distinctive features of the Scottish law.
