V bakalářské práci byla zkoumána problematika hodnocení a zvolení investičního projek-tu pro podnikatele Jaroslava Zimčíka. Hlavním úkolem bylo za daných podmínek vybrat nejvýhodnější variantu. Daný problém byl řešen pomocí statických i dynamických metod hodnocení investic. V teoretické části byla provedena knižní rešerše v oblasti in-vestic a hodnocení investic. This thesis examined details of evaluation and choice of business owner, Jaroslav Zimcik's, investment project. The main goal was to identify the most lucrative option under the given conditions.
