Abstract:
Cílem mé práce bylo stanovení protonizačních konstant adeninu, 2-aminopurinu a 2,6-diaminopurinu s využitím spektrofotometrické titrace. Protonizační konstanty byly stanoveny pro teploty 15°C, 25°C,37°C a 50°C a iontovou sílu 0,1 M. . Abstract:
The goal of my thesis was to determine the protonation constants of adenine, 2-aminopurine and 2,6-diaminopurine by using the method of spectrophotometric titration. The protonation constants were determined for temperatures of 15 °C, 25 °C, 37 °C and 50 °C and the ionic strength of 0,1 M.
