Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se věnuje roli sociálních sítí ve fundraisingu neziskové organizace poskytující sociální služby. Cílem této práce je zjistit, zda má působení neziskové organizace poskytující sociální služby na sociálních sítích vliv na uživatele sociálních sítí ve věci poskytnutí příspěvku/pomoci této organizaci. Jak napovídá cíl práce, výzkum byl zaměřen na vnímání této problematiky uživateli sociálních sítí, kteří představují potenciální dárce. Teoretická část obsahuje celkem čtyři kapitoly, v rámci kterých jsou vymezeny neziskové organizace poskytující sociální služby, téma fundraisingu, sociálních sítí a online fundraisingu se zaměřením na sociální sítě. Empirická část práce obsahuje rovněž čtyři kapitoly, které se věnují metodologii, analýze výsledků výzkumného šetření, diskusi, shrnutí a závěru výsledů kvantitativního výzkumu.

Abstract:

This thesis is focused on the role of social networks in fundraising of a non-profit organization providing social services. The aim of this thesis is to find out whether the presence of a non-profit organization providing social services on social networks has an influence on the users of social networks in the matter of donation/assistance to this organization. As the aim of the thesis suggests, the research focused on the perception of this issue by social network users who represent potential donors. The theoretical part contains a total of four chapters that define non-profit organizations providing social services, the topic of fundraising, social networks and online fundraising with a focus on social networks. The empirical part of the thesis also contains four chapters that cover the methodology, analysis of the research results, discussion, summary and conclusion of the quantitative research results.
