Abstract:
In this bachelors thesis as the theme business social policy we have pointed our attention at analysis of legal form of business social policy and at analysis of social programme that is for every organization and business very important. The work is devided into two chapters. The first chapter contains theoretical range of words, the seconds shows on the separate social policy in business.
Abstract:
V bakalárskej práci na tému Podniková sociálna politika sme sa zamerali na analýzu právnej úpravy podnikovej sociálnej politiky a na analýzu sociálneho programu, ktorý je pre každú organizáciu, podnik veľmi dôležitý. Práca je rozdelená na dve kapitoly. Prvá kapitola obsahuje teoretické vymedzenie pojmov, druhá poukazuje na samotnú sociálnu politiku v podniku.
