Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu dopadu čtvrté průmyslové revoluce nařízení lidských zdrojů v sektoru automotive. Popisuje samotnou čtvrtou průmyslovourevoluci, sektor automotive, oblast řízení lidských zdrojů a následně popisuje dopadyPrůmyslu 4.0 na trh práce, profese, kompetence a vzdělávání.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of the impact of the fourth industrialrevolution on human resources management in the automotive sector. It describesthe fourth industrial revolution itself, the automotive sector, the human resourcemanagement area, and then describes the impact of Industry 4.0 on the labourmarket, profession, competence and education.
