The aim of this bachelor thesis is to perform a strategic analysis of STUDENT AGENCY k.s. The thesis sets to evaluate the most important factors in the company’s environment that are influencing it, and also to find the company’s strategic advantages and disadvantages, and to infer a recommended stratégy based on these findings.
