Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje přípravě zlatých a stříbrných nanočástic, jejich nanokompozitů a studiu vlivu těchto nanočástic na ionizaci peptidů. Schopnost ionizace připravených nanočástic ve směsích s matricí mnohonásobně přesáhla účinek samotné metody NALDI, dokonce byla intenzita vyšší než v případě použití klasické MALDI, tj. samotné matrice – bez nanočástic. Abstract:
This thesis is focused on the preparation of gold and silver nanoparticles, their nanocomposites and study of the influence of these nanoparticles on ionization of peptides. The ability to ionize the prepared nanoparticles in matrix mixtures has exceeded many times the effect of the NALDI method.
