Diplomová práce se zabývá rozborem výhrad k Úmluvě OSN o smlouvách o mezinárodní koupi zboží dle článků 95 a 96 této úmluvy. Cílem diplomové práce je nastínit obecnou právní úpravu mezinárodních smluv, jejich uzavírání a problematiku výhrad k mezinárodním smlouvám, na kterou bude navazovat analýza výčtu důvodů, které vedly smluvní státy k přijetí výše uvedených výhrad od roku 1980. The thesis analyses the reservations to the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods under Articles 95 and 96 thereof.
