Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá problematikou celoživotního vzdělávání se zaměřením na bezpečnostní problematiku seniorů. Pro komplexní obraz jsou v úvodu popsány charakteristiky stáří, seniora a celoživotního vzdělávání. Protože je práce teoreticko-empirická, v druhé části pracuji s daty získanými z pořízených rozhovorů s absolventy Senior akademie. Celkově práce odkrývá fakt, že absolventi v mládí dosáhli nadstandardního vzdělání a nyní je můžeme považovat za aktivní seniory. Svoji účast hodnotí velmi kladně, avšak do šíření prevence se příliš nezapojují. Senior akademii navštěvují zejména kvůli bezpečnosti své a svých blízkých.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with lifelong learning oriented on senior safety. The characteristics of old age, senior and lifelong learning are described in the introduction to give a complex image. Because the thesis is theoretically-empirical, I work with the data obtained from interviews with graduates of Senior academy in the second part. Overall, the thesis reveals the fact that graduates achieve above-standard education in youth and in these days we can consider them as active seniors. They evaluate their attendance to be very positive, however, they do not get involved in spreading of the prevention very much. They visit Senior academy particularly because of their safety and their close relatives.
